Can I change the paint color or do repairs on the property?
With prior office approval. -

It depends on the property and the owners. -
Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, it’s first come first serve. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Only the first month and deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years or older. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, all deposits have to be refundable. It is contingent upon the condition of which you leave the property compared to what it was like prior to your move-in. -
How do I pay rent?
You can pay via money order, online via the tenant portal, or via a barcode. -
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st with a grace period of the 4th. -
What could I do to waive the late rent fees?
We aren’t able to waive any late rent fees. Our late charge policy complies with Fair Housing Laws. That means we have to treat all residents equally. -
How does your application process work?
You complete an application and it takes from 1-3 business days to complete the process. Once the app is approved you have 24 hrs to put a deposit to hold and we will hold the unit for 7 days. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
All pets must be pre approved by the office. -
I want to have an additional person move in. What should I do?
Contact our office. They will have to submit an application and be approved prior to moving in. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Contact our office and fill out the add or remove roommate addendum. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Submit your 30-day notice to vacate. -
What do you screen for during a background check?
Criminal, credit and rental history. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The owner is responsible for all repairs, unless the repair is due to a tenant-caused issue.
